Glass Poetry Press is a micro-press in Toledo, Ohio that publishes poetry chapbooks. We also publish the online poetry journal, Glass: A Journal of Poetry. Our chapbooks are hand-bound and side stapled with full-color card stock covers. Each chapbook is assigned an ISBN. Initial print run is 100 copies and each chapbook will be kept in print as long as there is sufficient demand, to be determined by the press. In 2016, the journal published a single poem each week. Beginning in 2017, the journal will publish monthly issues of five to ten poems. Interviews and reviews are also published on a rolling schedule.

Founded in 2008 by Holly Burnside and Anthony Frame, Glass Poetry Press published Glass: A Journal of Poetry. For six years, Glass: A Journal of Poetry published hundreds of poems in the journal's fourteen issues. Those poems would go on the be featured in Sundress Publications' Best of the Net Anthology and on Verse Daily. In 2014, the journal ceased publication.

In 2016, co-founding editor Anthony Frame reopened Glass Poetry Press as a chapbook micro-press. He also reopened Glass: A Journal of Poetry as a weekly literary journal.

The press seeks to publish four to six chapbooks per year. We do not charge reading fees and we do not hold contests. Each chapbook is selected during our open reading period or, occasionally, through solicitations.

We are interested in poetry that enacts the artistic and creative precision of glass. We are not bound by any specific aesthetic; our only mission is to publish collections of high quality writing. All styles, forms and schools of poetry are welcome, though easy rhymes and "light" verse are less likely to inspire us. We like poems that show a careful understanding of language, music, passion and creativity.

Anthony Frame is an exterminator from Toledo, Ohio, where he lives with his wife. He is the author of one book, A Generation of Insomniacs (Main Street Rag Press, 2014) and four chapbooks: Paper Guillotines (Imaginary Friend Press, 2010), Everything I Know … (ELJ Publications, 2014), To Gain the Day (Red Bird Chapbooks, 2015), and Where Wind Meets Wing (forthcoming from Sibling Rivalry Press). His poems have appeared in or are forthcoming from Rattle, Crab Creek Review, Third Coast, Harpur Palate, The North American Review, Muzzle Magazine and Verse Daily, among others, and in the anthologies, Bigger Than They Appear: Anthology of Very Small Poems (Accents Publishing, 2011) and Drawn to Marvel: Poems from the Comics (Minor Arcana Press, 2014).
