Jude Nguyen is a first-generation Vietnamese college student at Fitchburg State University. They are a queer poet and an Aries/Taurus cusp. They currently reside in a small town in Central Massachusetts. They can be found procrastinating on various assignments and free-writing at local cafes.

The / clock / is / a / match
Is a boy, is a gun, god
Is a clock, is fire
Salt is to girlhood, what fire is to kettle
The sun is a likely story,
There / a / painting
A pelican encircles a hatchet.
Does / a / honey / bee / hurt / itself / on / purpose
Does / a / honey / bee / know / it / is / hurting
Birdy woke up to a rotten smell,
A plum tries to outwit its sadness.
A / honey / bee / ruptures
Abdominal is to survival
is to digestive tract
The apis mellifera knows
how often honey and survival
looks like salt and girlhood
looks like clock, looks like match,
looks like god,
