I executive order
with my bleeding fingers. I executive order with my bruised thumb. I executive order with my expired insulin pump. I executive order with my shaky lungs and a used syringe. I executive order dehydrated. I executive order, fatigued. I executive order sharper than my jaw and the emergence of my ribs. I executive order with an empty vial of insulin. With my blood’s acidity. With creaky kidneys. Dying. I executive order, dying.
